4. How to file a notice of infringement
If you believe material on our website infringes your copyright, your written notice must include substantially all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of them.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as the exact web address.
- Information reasonably sufficient for us to contact you, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Notices that do not substantially comply may not be acted on. Before sending a notice, consider whether the use could be a fair use.
5. Counter notice
If material you provided was removed or disabled because of a notice, and you believe that happened because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated agent a counter notice that includes, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or that person's agent.
If we receive a valid counter notice, we may forward it to the person who sent the original notice and may restore the material in accordance with the timelines in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), unless we are notified that a court action has been filed.
6. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consider consulting an attorney first.

Where we allow users to provide material, we will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the access of users who are repeat infringers.
8. Reporting piracy of our products
If you find our paid products being shared, resold, or posted without permission, please tell us at contact@interstellarkinetics.com with a link to where you found it. We appreciate it.
