Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Interstellar Kinetics LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Interstellar Kinetics," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of interstellarkinetics.com (the "Site") and the courses, guides, templates, tools, and other materials we make available (the "Products"). By using the Site or a Product, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to buy a Product. If you use the Site or a Product on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.

We currently sell paid Products only to buyers in the United States, and checkout requires a United States address. Nothing is shipped; the address is used for your receipt and for any sales tax that applies. Our free guides are available to everyone.

3. Purchases and checkout

We sell our Products directly to you. Payment is processed by our payment processor, Stripe, on a checkout page hosted by Stripe, and Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to how it handles your payment. Prices are in US dollars. Where we are required to collect sales tax or VAT, it is calculated and added at checkout. You receive a receipt by email, and we deliver your files through a private download page on the Site, which opens right after checkout, and by email to the address you give at checkout. By accepting these Terms at checkout and completing your purchase, you ask us to make your Product available immediately, and you acknowledge that once your download begins you lose any statutory right to withdraw from the purchase, as described in our Refund Policy.

Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change. The price shown at checkout at the time of purchase is the price that applies. We work to describe every Product accurately; if we make an error in a price or description, we may correct it, and if the error affects your purchase we will offer you a remedy under our Refund Policy.

4. Your license to our products

Each Product is licensed, not sold. When you buy a Product, and subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, access, and use it for your own personal learning or your own internal business purposes. Unless a Product's listing says otherwise, one purchase covers one individual user.

You may not, without our written permission:

• copy, share, resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute a paid Product or any substantial part of it, including by posting it online or in a shared drive, group, or course;
• remove or alter copyright notices, branding, or source citations;
• create and distribute a derivative product, course, or guide based on a Product;
• use a Product, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, or build a dataset for an artificial intelligence or machine learning model; or
• use a Product in a way that violates any law.

Templates and worksheets may be filled in and customized for your own use. Short quotations with attribution for commentary, criticism, teaching, or review are welcome where the law allows.

If you breach these Terms, your license ends automatically, and you must stop using and delete the affected Products. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will survive.

5. Free guides

You may share our free guides with others, at no charge, in their original, complete, and unmodified form, with our name and copyright notice intact. You may not sell free guides, bundle them into a paid offering, or distribute edited versions.

6. Our intellectual property

The Site and Products, including their text, design, graphics, figures, logos, names, and the selection and arrangement of their content, are owned by Interstellar Kinetics LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "Interstellar Kinetics," "IKE," "CLEAR AI," and our logos are our trademarks. Nothing in these Terms gives you any right to use our trademarks. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. 7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malicious code or overloading it; scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Site in bulk by automated means, except for search engine indexing that respects our robots.txt; impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; or use the contact form to send spam or unlawful content.

8. What you send us

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them for any purpose without obligation to you. Please do not send us confidential information or unsolicited proposals you want kept confidential; we cannot accept a confidentiality obligation by email or form submission. Any confidential discussion, such as about research partnerships, must be covered by a separate written agreement signed by us.

9. Educational content, not advice

Our Site and Products provide general educational information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, credit, or other professional advice, and using them does not create a professional or advisory relationship. Laws, rules, and facts change, and information that was accurate when checked may later become outdated. We do not guarantee any particular result, income, or outcome. 10. Third-party services and links

The Site links to services we do not control, including Stripe and Reddit. We are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of them is at your own risk and under their terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and the Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interstellar Kinetics and its members, managers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Site, the Products, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Site, the Products, or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for gross negligence or willful misconduct where the law does not permit such a limitation. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Interstellar Kinetics and its members, managers, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Products.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at contact@interstellarkinetics.com and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Subject to the next sentence, any claim that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes the protection of mandatory laws of the place where you live, or your right to bring a claim in the courts there where those laws give you that right.

15. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will apply only after they are posted. Changes do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the change. We may suspend or end access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

16. General terms

These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us about their subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
