1. Who we are
Interstellar Kinetics LLC ("Interstellar Kinetics," "we," "us," or "our") is a Wyoming limited liability company. We operate the website at interstellarkinetics.com (the "Site"). For the personal information described in this policy, we are the business responsible for deciding how it is used (in EEA and UK terms, the "controller").

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal information we collect through the Site, through messages you send us, through free guide downloads, and through our sales operations. It does not cover websites and services run by others, even when we link to them. In particular:
- Checkout. We sell our products directly. Payments are processed by Stripe on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details and billing information there, under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. We never see or store your full card number.
- Download page. After checkout you return to a private download page on the Site. Its web address carries an order reference. To show you your file, the Site sends that reference to Stripe, which confirms that the order is paid and which product it covers. The Site does not keep the reference or the order details it receives. We also email your file, and a link to that page, to the email address you gave at checkout, using our email delivery provider, Resend.
- Reddit, Discord, and other social platforms where we have a presence are governed by those platforms' policies.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form and email. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to include, such as your organization, the type of inquiry, and your message.
Information from purchases
When you buy from us, Stripe processes your payment. We do not receive or store your full card number or other full payment credentials. Through our Stripe account we receive order information, such as your name, email address, billing and mailing address, the product you bought, the price, any tax charged, and the date, so that we can deliver and support your purchase, meet our tax obligations, and keep required business records.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting and security data. The Site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver pages and defend against abuse, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general usage, such as page views and which pages are popular. Cloudflare states that this service does not use client-side state such as cookies or local storage to collect usage metrics, and does not fingerprint individuals.
We do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not send it to us.
4. How we use information
- To reply to your messages and provide support for your purchases.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our products.
- To keep business, tax, and accounting records, and to comply with the law.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to protect our rights and the rights of others.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on these legal bases: our legitimate interests in replying to inquiries, running a secure website, and understanding general usage, balanced against your rights; performance of a contract where we support a purchase you made; and legal obligation where we must keep records or respond to lawful requests.
6. How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for the purposes above:

We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety, or property of Interstellar Kinetics, our customers, or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case the successor would remain bound by commitments consistent with this policy.
7. No sale, no targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not run advertising or retargeting trackers on the Site.
8. Cookies and tracking
We do not set advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies on the Site, and our own code does not store anything in your browser. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, for example when it presents a security check to confirm a visitor is not an automated bot. When you follow a link to our checkout or another service, that service may set its own cookies under its own policy. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We do not track visitors across third-party websites over time, and we do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities across different websites through the Site for that purpose. Because we do not engage in that kind of tracking, the Site does not change its behavior in response to a browser "Do Not Track" signal. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information; as described above, we do neither.
10. How long we keep information
- Messages: for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, and generally no longer than three years after our last exchange unless a longer period is needed for a legal claim.
- Purchase records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Technical data: for the periods set by Cloudflare's services.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
11. Security
The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. We use reputable providers, limit access to personal information, and protect our accounts with strong authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you where the law requires.
12. Your rights and choices
Access, correction, deletion, and more. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and to access it; to correct it; to delete it; to receive a portable copy; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw any consent you gave. We extend the core requests of access, correction, and deletion to everyone, wherever they live, subject to legal exceptions.
How to make a request. Email contact@interstellarkinetics.com with the subject line "Privacy request," or use the contact form and choose "Privacy or legal request." We may ask for information to verify your identity before acting. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows; we may ask for proof of the agent's authority. We will respond within one month, or sooner if the law where you live requires it, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Complaints. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
13. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Our products are intended for adults. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. International visitors
We are based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where the law requires, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our providers for these transfers.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If a change is material, we will give notice on this page before it takes effect.
